/b e melt is a voxel sniper command, last time i checked you get those commands by applying after you have reached Tier 5 in Terraforming. Also you can apply for staff under https://lumengaming.com/index.php?applicationform/generic-minecraft-staff.2/form.
Craig, I totally got it figured out. Our cache got corrupted so I just had to tweak it and now everything works fine. Thanks man! Also you have console access now?
